The white stripes have broken up


Another good band bites the dust, after 14 years, The White Stripes have announced that they are breaking up.In an era of techno & Justin Bieber, this really sucks & blows at the same time because a band that makes quality music is breaking up. No wonder kids don't like rock 'n' roll anymore because of all the good bands calling it quits and being replaced with shit like Deadmau5 & Swedish house mafia.


R.I.P The white stripes 1997-2011 :(

    Yeah except... the lead singer already went and formed like a dozen other bands. I think the "break-up" announcement was just a foregone conclusion at this point.
